The Museum of Utopia and Daily Life offers seminars and workshops to school classes in Secondary Levels I and II. The workshops last two or more days and cover various themes.
For school classes
We offer workshops lasting two or more days to groups of schoolchildren. The workshops can focus on the independent preparation, implementation and assessment of a discussion with contemporary witnesses. Please arrange a date well in advance.
Secondary Levels I and II can also attend seminars and workshops on the following themes:
- Everyday life and governance in the GDR, based on the exhibition, a film and objects in the collection
- Architecture, urban planning and visual arts based on the example of the planned city of Eisenhüttenstadt
- Religion, politics and society in the GDR, focusing on the example of Eisenhüttenstadt
